Each order is carefully handled by our team and monitored at every stage, from confirmation to delivery.
We offer different delivery options, including home delivery and pickup at the reception of our showroom in Milan.
Shipping within Italy
We ship within Italy in 24–48 hours with express delivery and in 2–4 business days with standard delivery.
At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

From Bikini offers worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: For shipments outside the EU countries, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the courier according to local regulations.
Shipment Tracking
When you place an order, an estimated delivery date will be provided.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s portal to follow its progress.
You can also track the status of your shipment at any time from your personal account.
Receiving and Claims
We recommend always checking the package for integrity upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, accept it with reservation, specifying this to the courier.
Signing with a reservation allows you to file a claim even for damages that are not immediately visible. Without a reservation, we will not be able to process claims or refund requests.
Failed Delivery
By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with From Bikini and agrees to accept delivery.
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the recipient (for example, incorrect or incomplete address, absence, or failure to collect), the order will be returned to the sender.
In this case, shipping and return costs, as well as any applicable customs fees, will be deducted from the refund.
Lost Shipment
We recommend monitoring your shipment using the tracking number for updates.
If your package does not arrive within 15 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at hello@frombikini.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that shipments are handled by external companies such as SDA, FedEx, or DHL. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
