Orders & Payments
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Alternatively, you can check the status of your shipment from your personal account. Didn’t receive the summary within an hour? We recommend checking your spam folder, as emails sometimes end up there. If the confirmation email was in spam, please add hello@frombikini.com to your contacts.
Once confirmed, the order immediately moves to the logistics preparation phase. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations. If you realize you selected the wrong size, please contact us promptly through the website’s Contact section or email hello@frombikini.com.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Italy in 24–48 hours with express delivery and outside Italy in 3–7 business days.

Once the order is confirmed, to change the delivery address, you can contact us directly at hello@frombikini.com.
If your order has been shipped, please contact the courier directly to confirm if the delivery address can be changed.
Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Milan, Italy, so any order sent within Europe is exempt from customs fees. For shipments to a non-EU country, customs duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
Once you receive the tracking email, please monitor it for any delivery updates. If your package does not arrive within 15 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at hello@frombikini.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that shipments are handled by external companies such as SDA, FedEx, or DHL. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
Certainly, in-store pickup is available at our showroom located at Via Turati 3, 20121 Milan.
The service is FREE and does not include any additional shipping costs.
As soon as your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification and an update will also be visible in your personal account.

Account
No, it is not necessary to manually create an account. At the time of purchase, an account is automatically generated and linked to your email. Your orders, personal details, and shipping addresses are stored there. To access, go to the Login section and enter your email. You will receive a temporary code via email to access your personal area.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date subject to prior notification by email at hello@frombikini.com.
Here’s how the process works:
- Log into your personal account.
- Find your order: in the Orders section, locate the order you want to return. Partial returns are possible, selecting only some items.
- Request a return: select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.
- Receive the return shipping label via email.
- Prepare the package and affix the label on the outside.
- Return the package: you can drop it off at a Pickup Point or schedule a home pickup through the courier’s official platform.

Please note: because of the special discounts available on our Black Friday page, all purchases from that section are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

SHOWROOM RETURN
The return procedure at the reception of our showroom at Via Turati 3, 20121 Milan is free of charge.
The order amount will be refunded net of any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
ONLINE RETURN
For returns within Italy, the procedure has a fixed cost of €8, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For returns outside Italy, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and varies by country, (click here for more information) it will be deducted from the refunded amount. Alternatively, the customer may contact us and arrange the return shipment independently.
Please note: once returned, we will check the general condition of the products to ensure they comply with our return policy. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout within 5–7 business days.
Once the returned product is received, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been initiated.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
– Credit card payment: the refund will be made to the card used for the purchase; it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to appear on your account.
– Gift card payment: the refund will be issued as an e-gift and will be immediately available in your customer account.

Yes, we offer a dedicated tailoring service for altering purchased items. You can deliver the item in person or send it to the reception of our showroom at Via Turati 3, 20121 Milan. Thanks to the expertise of our artisans and our local KM0 production, alterations will be completed within 5–7 business days from receipt of the item.
Alteration prices listed below vary depending on the complexity of the work (simple / complex).
Trouser, skirt and dress hemming: €10 / €15
Bikini alterations (top or bottom): €10 / €15

Braid/trim lengthening: €10

It is possible to pre-order a product that is out of stock in your desired size. Our artisans will start working on it immediately, as if the item were tailor-made. There are no additional costs; only delivery times may vary. Contact us at hello@frombikini.com to pre-order your From Bikini.
E-Gift Card
The From Bikini E-GIFT CARD is a digital gift card that can be purchased on our website and used online, at our showroom and at our pop-up store.
The E-GIFT CARD will be sent by email to the recipient’s email address provided during checkout. It will be ready for immediate use as soon as the email is received. If you would like to personalize the gift card with a message or signature, please contact us at hello@frombikini.com and we will be happy to help.
Yes, contact us at hello@frombikini.com and we will create your E-GIFT CARD with the amount you desire.
The E-GIFT CARD is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will expire after this period and cannot be refunded.
No, the E-GIFT CARD balance cannot be converted into cash, even for any remaining amount.
If you return a product purchased using the E-GIFT CARD, the refunded amount will be credited back to the balance of the same E-GIFT CARD.

Our Temporary Store in Milan, at Via Palermo 21, corner of Corso Garibaldi, is open from May 26th to June 30th, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day with continuous hours.
