Each order is carefully handled by our team and monitored at every stage, from confirmation to delivery.
Creating an account manually is not necessary: when you place your first order, the system will automatically generate an account linked to your email, where your orders, personal information, and shipping addresses will be stored. You can access your personal area at any time using the OTP sent to your email.
Orders are processed in Italy within 24 business hours of receipt, subject to verification of item availability and payment.

If, for any reason, the payment cannot be processed, the order will be automatically canceled and the sale will be resolved in accordance with Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. The customer will be notified via email. Payment will be charged at the time the order is placed.

From Bikini also accepts payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

These services use the latest SSL and data encryption protocols. Sensitive information (credit card number, expiration date, CVV) is never stored by the site nor accessed by the seller.
Bank transfer
You can pay via bank transfer by selecting this option at checkout. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a dedicated email from our Customer Service with the bank details and instructions. The order will be processed as soon as the payment is received.
Verification and Security
To ensure payment security, all payment services use the latest SSL and data encryption protocols. For additional security, in compliance with EU Directive 2015/2366 (Payment Services Directive 2 – PSD2), for payments over €30, you may be asked to authenticate using tools or devices that ensure Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
