Returns & Refunds
Shopping at From Bikini is easy and secure. What if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Our return policy is clear and intuitive: you can return any item within 14 days of delivery, either online or directly at the reception of our showroom.
The right of withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.
Online Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date subject to prior notification by email at hello@frombikini.com.
If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal account. Here’s how the process works:
- Log into your personal account.
- Find your order: in the Orders section, locate the order you want to return. Partial returns are possible, selecting only some items.
- Request a return: select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.
- Receive the return shipping label via email.
- Prepare the package and affix the label on the outside.
- Return the package: you can drop it off at a Pickup Point or schedule a home pickup through the courier’s official platform.
Once returned, we will check the general condition of the products to ensure they comply with our return policy. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout within 5–7 business days.
Timing and Conditions
Return timeframe: we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date subject to prior notification by email at hello@frombikini.com.
Product conditions: items must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
Italy – Return costs: for returns within Italy, the procedure has a fixed cost of €8, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
International Returns – Costs: for returns from outside Italy, the return shipping cost and any applicable customs duties are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. We invite you to contact our support team / click here for a quote for your country. Alternatively, the customer may contact us and arrange the return shipment independently.

Showroom Return
To make a return, bring back the items within 14 days of receiving your order, with prior notification by email at hello@frombikini.com.
You can return items at no additional cost at the reception of our Showroom at Via Turati 3, 20121 Milan.
Hours listed below: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–10:00 PM (continuous hours); Weekends and Holidays 10:00 AM–10:00 PM (continuous hours).
Once returned, we will check the general condition of the products to ensure they comply with our return policy. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout within 5–7 business days.
